A family mansion in the heart of Ermoupoli, restored as a boutique residence in honour of the engineer who built and loved it. Memory, generosity, and Cycladic elegance — kept quiet, kept lived-in.

The residence sits a minute on foot from Miaouli Square — Ermoupoli's neoclassical town hall square. The port is five minutes on foot; the airport, about eight minutes by car. Breakfast is available upon request at an additional charge, delivered to the suite at the hour you asked for.

- A three-suite boutique residence — closer to a private historic mansion than a hotel. Each suite has its own character, hand-loomed linen, marble bathrooms and views of Ermoupoli's rooftops or neoclassical lanes.

- Three independent suites — Amorosa (romantic, for two), Aurelia (family suite for up to four) and Aetheria (light-filled, for up to three). Two of them combined form The House (up to six); all three combined form The Mansion, for exclusive use of the entire residence (up to nine).

- The names are inspired by Latin aesthetics — Amorosa (love), Aurelia (golden light), Aetheria (of the air) — chosen for the mood of each room, not for any towns or places.
